Our approach goes in hand with the paradigm shift in the use of land resources in Mauritius from agriculture to real estate over the last decade, while at the same time, focusing on sub Saharan Africa where there is huge scope for real estate investment. In 2025 we are extending our new Realty arm to bring a higher integration to our services by planning, organising and implementing the commercialisation of our products with an added objective of bringing greater marketing dynamics among investors, sellers and buyers in India, the UAE, the UK, Africa and Mauritius through a network of offices and agents in various locations.
